BaBu is a digital product developed and operated by MizTech, a technology business operating under JMS Consultancy, a partnership firm. These Terms of Use govern your use of BaBu and the BaBu Early Access programme.
Product disclaimer
BaBu helps businesses record and manage customer credit information. BaBu does not provide loans, credit facilities, banking services, payment guarantees, or professional financial or legal advice.
Early Access
BaBu Early Access is a limited programme. Applying does not guarantee access, and features may change while BaBu is being developed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, your dealings with your customers, compliance with applicable law and obtaining any consent required for customer information. You must use BaBu only for lawful business purposes.
Service availability
BaBu may change, suspend or discontinue Early Access features as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the Early Access period.
Feedback
Feedback you provide may be used to improve BaBu without an obligation to compensate you.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Aizawl, Mizoram, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to BaBu.
